What is Aegean?
It is the intersection of Turkish and Greek coastal culture, named after the sea that connects them. To us, ‘Aegean’ represents a lifestyle centered on the Meze culture, where small, vibrant plates are shared to spark conversation and connection.
We believe the foundation of a great meal starts with the quality of the ingredients. That’s why we cook mainly with pure ghee (clarified butter) and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our kitchen is committed to sourcing organic, local vegetables alongside pasture-raised eggs and meats, ensuring that every dish we serve is as nourishing as it is authentic.
